Terms & Conditions

Training Materials

• Training materials will be provided and dispatched upon confirmation of payment.
• Participants will receive Training Manual in PDF format via email, hardcopy, USB, and Training Folder with necessary stationery required for the sessions.

Certificate Issuance

• Certificates will be awarded upon successful completion of the program and submission of the final assignment.
• For participants on a payment plan, certificates will be issued only after all payments are completed.

Cancellation and Non-Refundable Policy

• Cancellation of an enrollment can be made within seven (7) days of registration to receive a full refund of the deposit.
• After the 7-day period, a Non-Refundable Policy applies.
• This agreement is binding upon approval by the Trainings by Bushra Usman's office.
• The Non-Refundable Policy secures active enrollment for a future training, valid for two (2) years from the enrollment date.

Rescheduling Policy

• If Trainings by Bushra Usman cannot conduct the scheduled training due to unforeseen circumstances, the same certification training will be offered on rescheduled dates.
• If a participant is unable to attend their scheduled training, they may attend a future training within two (2) years of the original training date.

Payment Plans

• Payment plans extending beyond the training completion date will result in a delay in certificate issuance until the plan is fully paid.

Photo and Recordings Consent and Release

Training Certificates

• Certificates will be issued under the title Trainings by Bushra Usman, a licensed institute by The American Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming (ABNLP), Time Line Therapy Association (TLTA) and Coaching Division of The American Board of NLP.
• To register as an individual practitioner with the boards, participants may apply directly to the respective boards. Any applicable fee charged by the boards is separate and not included in the training cost.

Participants' Requirements

• A high-quality camera and microphone.
• Stable internet connectivity.
• Camera is required to be on all the times during training.
• No one is allowed to sit and/or take trainings other than the enrolled participant.
